Designed and manufactured in Taiwan, Nicely Machinery's core cutting machines and paper tube winding lines are built for precision and reliability in industrial converting operations. The EG-NC and EG-WAH series are developed to serve paper mills, film converting facilities, and packaging manufacturers worldwide.
Nicely's EG-NC series core cutting machines are designed for high-precision paper tube cutting in converting and packaging operations. Each cardboard core cutter accommodates standard 3" and 6" paper tube inner diameters, with custom sizes available on request. Minimum cutting length is 10 mm, with parent core lengths up to 6,800 mm.
For complete core production lines, Nicely's EG-WAH series paper tube winding line produces spiral-wound cardboard cores from 3" to 24" ID — ready for direct integration with Nicely slitter rewinders as finished roll cores.
