3" paper tube to 24" paper tube

The EG-WAH series, our spiral paper tube winder machine , manufactures cardboard cores with sizes ranging from 3” (76mm) to 24” (620mm). It incorporates an inline automatic cutting station for seamless and consistent operation.

Standard Features of the Paper Tube Winder Machine:
Paper Ply / Glue Stand 
  • Three-shaft turret changing design paper ply stand
  • Glue nozzles with hoses, position and glue amount can be adjusted individually.
  • A buzzer for warning Hi/Low glue level, detected by ultrasonic sensor.                                                 
  • Angular adjustment: The paper roll stand fitted on wheels, angular adjustments made by electrical, enhancing the efficiency of the Paper Tube Winder Machine.
  • Web break alarm notification.
  • Bottom play printing function. (optional)
Wider Barrel
  • BBelt transmitted winding barrel for consistent and accurate winding in the Paper Tube Winder Machine.
  • Specified paper tube module.
Inline Core Cutter
  • Max. cutting speed.  50mpm, Cutting Capacity : 30 cuts/min is based on Core I.D.76.2mm with wall thickness of 12.5mm, cutting length 1700mm.
  • Cutting accuracy ± 2 mm at any speed.
