The EG-WAH series, our spiral paper tube winding line, manufactures cardboard cores with sizes ranging from 3” (76mm) to 24” (620mm). It incorporates an inline automatic cutting station for seamless and consistent operation.

Paper Ply / Glue Stand 
  • Three-shaft turret changing design paper ply stand
  • Glue nozzles with hoses, position and glue amount can be adjusted individually.
  • A buzzer for warning Hi/Low glue level, detected by ultrasonic sensor.                                                 
  • Angular adjustment: The paper roll stand fitted on wheels, angular adjustments made by electrical.
  • Web break alarm notification.
  • Bottom play printing function. (optional)

Inline Core Cutter
  • Max. cutting speed.  50mpm, Cutting Capacity : 30 cuts/min is based on Core I.D.76.2mm with wall thickness of 12.5mm, cutting length 1700mm.
  • Cutting accuracy ± 2 mm at any speed.
