Nicely to supply a second EG-300DL slitter rewinder to Cable Tapes Africa

Nicely EG-300DL slitter rewinder made for handling electrical insulation is shipped in early November.

Cable Tapes Africa, based in Johannesburg, has once again chosen Nicely, acquiring their second slitter rewinder, the Model EG-300DL duplex shaft center-surface winding slitter rewinder, for their electrical insulation materials.

The shipped EG-300DL features a roller width of 1300 mm, with a minimum slit width of 15 mm and a maximum rewind OD of up to 800 mm, operating at a designed speed of 300 mpm. This addition will support Cable Tapes Africa in meeting the growing demands of their expanding market. This customer previously acquired the EG-300DL, which was delivered in 2009. Today, Cable Tape Africa has become the largest supplier of electrical insulation tapes in sub-Saharan Africa

During the FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) held at Nicely’s facility in October, the client provided positive feedback, noting significant enhancements in operational efficiency and upgrades for more intuitive operation.
