This precision slitter is specially engineered for narrow-width slitting and long-length spooling of OPP and PET films, commonly used in printed adhesive packaging tapes, flexible laminates, and labelstock applications. Slitting Solution for Adhesive Printed Films

The converter required stable and clean slitting of printed films with adhesive backing, typically OPP or PET structures. Narrow slit widths often generate excessive noise and require precise tension control, particularly on side trims and narrow tape strips. To solve these challenges in high-precision slitting and rewinding, the EG-9324 Spooling Slitter Rewinder was upgraded with enhanced features optimized for adhesive tape converting applications:

  • Anti-stick roller coatings for sticky surfaces
  • Low-noise structural design to support operator comfort
  • Multi-roll traversing rewind system, allowing up to 8 spooled rolls per cycle on a single shaft.
  • Upgraded safety light curtain for enhanced workplace protection.
  • Increased maximum speed, upgraded from 200 m/min to 300 m/min.
