In its first collaboration with Nicely, AXISPLAST CORPORATION played a crucial role as the bridge for their Mexican client, Laminados Facarlyte, S.A. De C.V.

Leveraging years of industry expertise, AXISPLAST identified top-tier upstream laminator and downstream slitter rewinder suppliers for the client, ensuring that every aspect of the process met the highest acceptance standards.

The EG-7001 Turret Slitter Rewinder, featured in this case study, offers advanced slitting and rewinding capabilities for composite materials used in food and pharmaceutical packaging. Designed to handle materials such as paper, aluminum foil, and multilayer laminated films, its technical specifications include：

The EG-7001 single-shaft turret slitter rewinder features two rewinding shafts (A&B shafts) designed for uninterrupted operation. As the A shaft reaches its production set length, the B shaft seamlessly takes over, minimizing downtime during roll changes. The compact web path reduces the distance between slitting and rewinding, minimizing alignment deviations caused by material shifting and ensuring precise rewinding.

Additionally, the EG-7001 includes a transverse flying cutter that transitions the web smoothly to the next winding process. An electric unloading trolley, which adjusts hydraulically based on the product's outer diameter, facilitates easy unloading of finished products.
