EG-1 Single Shaft Surface Winding Slitter Rewinder is an economical solution for handling small diameter rolls. The unwind stand can be equipped with either a shafted or shaftless system, depending on the width of the raw material. By incorporating an effective spreader roller, the finished reels can mitigate interlayering issues caused by poor material properties. During the rewinding process, the top rider roller ensures proper tension and roll alignment for high-quality finished products. We also offer an optional standalone roll handling device upon request.
